Covid Travel Assurance needs to be purchased additionally apart from the trip cost.
Covid Travel Assurance is non-refundable, non-transferrable and is not covered under refund amount.
You will need to produce a covid positive report of your name (person who is travelling) and it should be provided to us via travel@wanderwomaniya.com or over WhatsApp on +919971820462.
Refund is only applicable if the traveller herself gets contracted with the Coronavirus, no other situation qualifies for a refund.
Needs to be communicated to Wander Womaniya team at least 24 hours before the official start time of the trip.
The refund takes up to 15 - 30 working days to be processed after the trip end date.
Covid Travel Assurance does not cover the flight/ train/visa fee paid.
Refund will be processed if there is a government lockdown and there is no way that you can join the trip as it is banned by the government.
You are obliged to provide any documents / paperwork which might be asked by Wander Womaiya Team.
Complete trip payment has to be paid at least 15 days prior in case of domestic, 30 days prior in case of international trips to be eligible for the refund.
Covid report must be from an ICMR affiliated laboratory and must have a valid QR code for verification, the refund will be processed once the same has been re-verified with the laboratory. List of Eligible Labs
The official email from the respective laboratory needs to be forwarded to verify the test report.
