Day-wise itinerary specially designed by Wander Womaniya for women travelling solo
Day 1: Arrival in Uzbekistan
We arrive at Tashkent International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Overnight stay at Tashkent
Day 2: Tashkent to Samarkand (Bullet train - High Speed Train)
Post breakfast we checkout and head to the Tashkent station to catch high speed train to Samarkand. Upon reaching reaching Samarkand, check in to your hotel. Have a Uzbeki cuisine dinner today.
Day 3: Samarkhand
After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing in Samarkand. Samarkand is known as the jewel of Uzbekistan. The domes, towers, and magnificent building arches decorated with mosaic patterns are sparkling in the sun and draw the eyes. Start the city tour with Guri Emir Mausoleum, Afrasiyab Museum & Registan square with 3 huge madrassahs: Ulughbek, Tillakori & Serdar.
Siyab market is a great market to buy local fruits & dry fruits & even souveniors at good prices, negotiation skills will come in handy!
Overnight in Samarkand.
Day 4: Samarkand to Bukhara
Today after an early breakfast we check out and begin our journey to Bukhara. Upon arrival in Bukhara, transfer to the hotel for Check-in & rest. Evening free to explore the old city of Bukhara markets.
Day 5: Bukhara city
After breakfast, we begin with our full-day city tour of Bukhara. We will cover Ark Citadel which is the Early residence of Bukhara Emirs, and Boho Hauz Mosque which is famous for its stunning painted wood and carved columns.
Next, we will visit Poi Kalon, Kalon Minaret, Masjid Kalon and Madrassah Mir Arab (from outside), Ulugbeg Medressa, Abdulaziz-Khan Medressa, Magoki-Attari Mosque, Toki-Zargaron, Toki-Sarrafon, Toki-Tilpak-Furushon.
Overnight stay in Bukhara.
Day 6: Bukhara to Tashkent
Checkout from Bukhara & we head to Tashkent. Upon reaching Tashkent check in at hotel, was and change followed by half day sightseeing.
We arrive at Tashkent International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Next, proceed for a half-day city tour, where we visit the following:
- Khast Imam - Karasaray Street
- Independence Square
- Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial
We will end the day with Indian dinner at Raaj Kapur restaurant- Raj Kapoor is as popular in Russia as he is in Uzbekistan too! This is a good restaurant where both veg & non veg food is available.
Followed by night drop to airport.
